Position Overview 
We are seeking a motivated Scientific Project Manager to support and manage service requests for various projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that services are executed efficiently and in alignment with project goals. Your primary focus will be on managing the lifecycle of service requests from initiation to completion, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met. Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to track progress, manage timelines, and ensure successful completion of project deliverables.
  • Communication with Stakeholders: Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on service request status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to service requests and assist in issue resolution to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of service requests, including timelines, deliverables, and communications, to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Support Project Delivery: Assist in tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure project success, meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Client Relations: Foster and maintain productive relationships with clients by ensuring their service needs are met promptly and professionally.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, business, or project management).
  • 2+ years of experience managing service requests or coordinating projects, preferably in healthcare, clinical research, or life sciences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • PMP certification or other project or program management certification
