Position Summary:
The Research Analyst / Reporting Specialist supports NIH intramural clinical research programs by managing, analyzing, and reporting clinical data. This role ensures data integrity, supports electronic data capture implementations, and contributes to regulatory-compliant reporting and analytics. This is a work-from-home eligible position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and validate clinical data reports. 
  • Support electronic data capture system implementation and clinical end users. 
  • Assist with data migration, validation, and UAT activities. 
  • Utilize platforms such as CTDB, CTSS, Cognos, BTRIS, and CRIS. 
  • Ensure adherence to clinical research regulations and compliance requirements. 
  • Follow documented procedures and work under supervision as required. 

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related discipline (Associate’s degree with 5+ years experience may substitute). 
  • Experience supporting clinical research and EDC systems. 
  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence). 
  • Understanding of clinical data management and protocol implementation. 
  • Experience supporting NIH intramural research environments preferred.
