This role ensures system stability, implements enhancements, and supports secure and compliant operations. This position is eligible to work from home.

Position Summary:
The Application Support Analyst provides operational and technical support for enterprise business applications within regulated clinical research environments. This role ensures system stability, implements enhancements, and supports secure and compliant operations. This position is eligible to work from home.
Core Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Translate requirements into system configurations.
- Support releases, enhancements, and UAT cycles.
- Implement fixes and coordinate with development teams.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with FISMA/NIST security frameworks.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–6 years supporting or enhancing enterprise applications.
- Understanding of SDLC principles and requirements-to-design translation.
- Experience in regulated or controlled environments (healthcare/NIH preferred).
- Knowledge of basic DevOps concepts.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
